several inspiring local board candidates who care about maintaining the beauty and character of Waiheke Island while improving infrastructure for ever increasing numbers of visitors.  Do you want to find out more about the everyday people who live on Waiheke?  You might like to consider Waitalks on 17 September.

Exciting news this week is the announcement of the Waiheke Oyster Festival on October 15th at nearby Rangihoua Estate.  Tickets are available from this Friday, last year they quickly sold out.   Two other exciting events are the Waiheke Garden Safari (November 12-13) and the Waiheke Walking Festival (November 19-27).

There are only three weeks left of our Crosstrees Waiheke special offer of three nights for the price of two.     Looking forward to summer much of December and January are booked.  Other Waiheke accommodation is filling up too so if you and your family and friends are planning a summer holiday or attending a Waiheke Island wedding then now is the time to book.

Hope to see you soon.
